We are not a fast-food kitchen, we take pride in giving each plate the time and care it deserves. At Elvira’s Cafe, breakfast is more than a meal; it’s a warm and satisfying experience.

The Scrambler
Two eggs scrambled with diced ham, bacon, or sausage, served with hashbrown casserole or grits, and toast or biscuit.
Tenderloin Biscuits
Fresh hot pork tenderloin biscuits and hashbrown casserole.
CountryHam and Eggs
Clifty Farms center-cut country ham served with two eggs, hashbrown casserole, and your choice of bread.
Tennessee Haystack
Open-faced biscuit topped with bacon, sliced ham, two eggs your way, and topped with sausage gravy. Served with one side.
Chicken and Waffles
Original sweet Belgian Sugar Pearl Waffles served with freshly fried chicken tenders and one side. Try it with our honey spicy sauce!
French Toast
Thick Brioche toast slices grilled to tender perfection and served with bacon and eggs. Also available as a dessert toast served with a choice of bananas, chocolate chips, pecans, strawberries or blueberries, and honey.

Please ask your server about our gluten-free bread/hamburger buns and let us know of any of your dietary concerns. Our food is prepared daily, seasoned and hand-breaded to order. We are not a 100% gluten-free environment.
